OOTD: daisy daze and boyfriend jeans

The boyfriend jean is definitely a favourite of mine. They are always super comfy and you never have to worry about them being too tight after the weekend. And in their easy breezy style they are perfect for the transition into summer. No one rocks the boyfriend jeans quite like these lovely ladies…

Why not bring some of springs signature look and colour into the trend and team them with a floral singlet!! This is more practical for the warmer days and brings a bit of femininity back into the look.

These Billini shoes are my absolutely favourite buy at the moment. The simplicity in style and colour means they are my go-to shoe for basically any outfit and not to mention they are SUPER comfy! Although I bought my jeans over in Germany and unfortunately their online store http://www.tally-weijl.net/ do not deliver to Australia. There are plenty of other options for boyfriend-style jeans at decent prices.

Clog Life

Clog: “a type of footwear made in part or completely from wood”

The clog shoe has come a LOOONNGGG way. Did you know they used to be negatively associated with cheap footwear of farmers and the working class, and were often worn in heavy labour?? Now they are considered fashion footwear and the only heavy labour I will complete in them is hours and hours of intense shopping.

So I know the “clog-style” shoe isn’t anything new but since the traditional European looks I feel they have finally got it right! The strappy platform summer clog is definitely a must-have this season!! Its the perfect mix of casual and cool… and will go with pretty much everything.

There are plenty of shapes, styles and colours out there but I just cannot go past the Palm Springs Heel by Rubi shoes. They got it spot on in all aspects and for $39.95 you can afford every colour… (comes in mint, apricot, tan, white and black)!! LOVE….My order just arrived in black and white.

Wouldn’t it be nice to have some best friend’s like these??? Those clothes swapping days would be pretty sweet….

WELCOME!!! So I know what you’re thinking…. not another blog and someone whose big dream is to be a “fashion blogger.” That is not me at all… I simply love clothes and most of all expressing my style in a way that doesn’t break the bank account! So I am sorry if you were looking for a page with the high-fashion garments and expensive accessories. That just isn’t me! Don’t get me wrong… I wouldn’t turn down the chance to don some Chanel!! But a girl has to be realistic….

I’m simply giving my tips, hints and ideas on how to have a wardrobe like your best friend… not like the rich and famous…. but the everyday girl next door that always has the best clothes, style and accessories but doesn’t seem to spend a penny.
